VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Opportunity for Seniors and Student CAP Program

The Junior Adanacs need some volunteers. This may give an opportunity to high school students who need volunteer time for CAP programs and seniors who just want to be involved and active.

** 5-6 grade 11/12 students for Admission Services to check for hand stamps and man exit doors to start at 7:15 pm until end of second period on Wednesday nights and some Sundays when Island teams are in town.

** 2-3 students/seniors to man Booster Booth – Wednesday nights and some Sundays to start at 7pm until the end of the second period.

** 2 DJ’s – to create an atmosphere of fun and entertainment during stoppage of play and during intermissions – Wednesday nights and some Sundays from 7pm until game end.

** 2-3 students/seniors to help organize minor players participating in 4 on 4 tournament. The would guide players into one assembling area 5 minutes before intermission starts and get them on the floor and off on time – Wednesday nights and some Sundays from 7:30 pm until the end of the second intermission .

** 1-2 Photo/video coordinators to be at home games and some away games. We need both still and action pictures and videos of the games.

** 1 sponsorship coordinator – an ideal opportunity for a retired salesperson who would like to pick up a little extra money. We will pay 20% of all sponsorship dollars brought into the club by the individual. This position would include correspondence with potential sponsors and person-to-person follow-up.

** 1-2 team arena managers (Students/Seniors) – to coordinate admission takers, liaison between team and PA announcer, score keeper and clock operator, ensure visiting team has water in visitor dressing room. This would be for all home games from 7:15pm until the end of the second period.
