2010 JUNIOR “A” LACROSSE BROADCASTS

The Coquitlam Adanacs Jr. ‘A’ Lacrosse Club competes in the B.C. Junior ‘A’ Lacrosse League.  The league consists of 8 teams from the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island that compete for the honor of a national championship, and the famed “Minto Cup”, Canada’s oldest sports award.  The very best athletes under 21 years of age are featured, and many of these fine young men go on to star in the NCAA and the professional National Lacrosse League.

Once every three years a team from B.C. is granted the honor to host the Minto Cup tournament which features the top team from Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia as well as the host, and in 2010 that host will be the Coquitlam Adanacs!

One again the Coquitlam Junior Adanacs will be broadcasting all home regular season and playoff games as well as the Minto Cup on the Adanac Lacrosse Network at www.junioradanacs.com This will be the fourth season that viewers can watch Adanacs games via the internet, as they continue to lead the league in web content and development. The A’s broadcasts have been a huge success over the past few seasons with viewers logging in from around Coquitlam and the Lower Mainland, across BC, across Canada, and into the U-S. This a great time for your business to take advantage of a groundbreaking technology and advertise to the ever growing lacrosse community.

The Coquitlam Adanacs Jr. ‘A’ Lacrosse Club is a non-profit organization whose success is dependent on local community support.  Sponsorship funding goes directly to the team and to cover the costs of the broadcast equipment. Fact Sheet:

  • Each Adanac broadcast draws an average of 1000 viewers.
  • We will broadcast 10 regular season home games in 2010 (10,000 views) with the potential for a long playoff run and the Minto Cup.
  • Majority of viewers are lacrosse players, coaches, families, friends and fans.
  • Reach the over 200 players that will suit up in the BCJALL this season, and the thousands of young lacrosse players that dream of playing in the league one day.
  • The majority of viewers login from the eight cities in the BCJALL. Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby, New Westminster, Victoria, Nanaimo, Delta and Langley. We also draw views from lacrosse enthusiasts all over Canada and the U-S.   • 15 second pre-roll advertisement airing before the start of every broadcast for every viewer. $50 per game.
  • 15 second advertisement aired 6 times per game X 10 games = 60 views. $1500.
  • 30 second advertisement aired 3 times per game x 10 games = 30 views. $1500.
  • Logo identification and link to company website viewed as a banner at the bottom of every video player. $100 per game.
  • Pre-Game Show name sponsorship x 10 games includes logo ID and web link. $500.
  • Post-Game Show name sponsorship x 10 games logo ID and web link. $500.
  • On Air Mentions 1) Starting goaltenders x 10 games logo ID and web link. $250.

   2) Keys to the Game x 10 games logo ID and web link. $250.
